Position Purpose: The Corporate Controllership team serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth, as part of a world-class controllership organization. The Manager is responsible for leading a team of associate and senior associates (individual contributors). The person in this role is accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring customer service, and continuous improvement of processes and delivery. This role leads overall day to day activities for their tower (e.g., procure to pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (R2R)), partnering with project teams and off-shore business partners. FBS Managers provide coaching to team members, along with supporting their development of business and technical skills. The individual in this role has experience leading people for guaranteeing the daily service delivery to multiple stakeholders across the company and driving engagement with their team. This role is expected to collaborate with other FBS team members and stakeholders across the organization to align strategies and to ensure information is shared and transactions are completed effectively. These responsibilities require effective communication skills, building relationships and partnerships, and leveraging business proficiency to suggest solutions and provide recommendations. Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills. Previous people or project team management experience. Experience with application and implementation of different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired. Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
