Operator - 3rd Shift
Join our team as an Operator on the 3rd shift, where you will play a vital role in assisting a machine operator within a collaborative team environment. You will be trained in every aspect of the converting process, with the potential to become a lead operator. This position involves an 8-hour shift where you will be standing in a temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities
Assist the machine operator in various tasks. Engage in every process of the converting operation. Participate actively in a team environment. Learn and train towards becoming a lead operator. Essential Skills
Packaging Machine operation Inspection Paper converting Forklift operation Ability to lift 30lbs consistently Standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and rotating through an 8-hour shift Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience within the last 2 years Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus High School Diploma is preferred but not required Strong emphasis on attendance Work Environment
You will work in a newer, clean facility equipped with modern machines. The environment is temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable workspace. While there is some noise, it is bearable, and hearing protection is available but not required. The facility dedicates ample space for warehousing large rolls of tissue and finished product boxes. The shift runs from 9pm to 5am, Sunday through Thursday. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
