Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings. Your creative vision and organizational skills will be essential in bringing our clients' ideas to life, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Pay Range:
$1050 - $1250 weekly
Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution Conduct site visits and select appropriate venues based on event requirements Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and event goals Coordinate logistics, including catering, transportation, equipment rental, and accommodations Work with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure seamless event execution Qualifications:
