Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced and visionary IP technology solutions lead to drive innovation across our Intellectual Property (IP) function. In this highly strategic role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior IP leadersidentifying, designing, and implementing forward-looking technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and create scalable systems for long-term success. This role must work hybrid from our Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA office. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Partnering with IP leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for technology-driven transformation Leading the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management Analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements to reduce manual effort and optimize performance Ensuring seamless integration between internal and external systems and data sources Championing the use of AI and machine learning to solve complex business challenges Developing infrastructure such as training materials and process documentation to support effective technology adoption Conducting internal assessments and recommending process and system improvements Aligning technology solutions with broader business goals and operational strategies Serving as a mentor and change agent within the organization Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (such as data science, business intelligence, or business analytics), or equivalent experience in areas such as IP operations, legal technology, systems implementation, automation, or business analytics and intelligence Minimum 5 years of experience in IP operations, technology strategy, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, and internal controls evaluation Demonstrated expertise in IP systems, data platforms, and business process improvement methodologies Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build organizational consensus Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or strong interest in AI and machine learning applications within business environments Strong project management and systems integration capabilities Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving technology adoption
