Corporate Controller
to assist in driving additional growth. The Corporate Controller will play a key leadership role in scaling the finance function, supporting continued growth through M&A, and partnering closely with business unit leaders and the Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, you will lead the company’s accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting functions. This individual will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements and oversee general ledger management, technical accounting, consolidations, audits, and compliance with internal controls. You will directly supervise an Accounting Manager who has an additional staff of 3-4 accounting professionals. Hybrid work environment requires 3 days in office What YOU will Contribute: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required. 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role. Prefers someone with heavy consolidations and/or technical accounting related to 606. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidations, internal controls, and financial reporting. Experience in a private equity-backed, multi-entity, or multi-location business preferred. Track record of successful ERP and system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics). Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred. Seniority level
