As a
JMark Intelligence Analyst II , you will be at the
epicenter of decision-making that shapes the future of U.S. counterintelligence policy and operations . This is not just a support role—it’s a
mission-critical position
where your expertise will directly influence how the Department of Defense combats
espionage, terrorism, and insider threats
across the globe. In this role, you will: Influence policy decisions
that shape DoD counterintelligence strategy and operations. Advise and brief senior Pentagon leaders , becoming a trusted voice in safeguarding U.S. interests. Drive meaningful change
by refining policies, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring compliance across the DoD CI enterprise. If you are a

mission is bigger than yourself , this is the role you’ve been waiting for. Key Responsibilities
Develop, revise, and staff CI policy issuances through informal, formal, and signature processes in support of the CI2 Directorate. Ensure comments are properly adjudicated and promulgated within Office of the Director, Administration and Management (ODA&M) guidelines and meet established timeliness standards for DoD policy directives and instructions. Collaborate with senior CI2 Directorate personnel to conduct CI policy oversight inspections across DoD components with organic CI capabilities. Draft detailed inspection reports, identifying CI best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the DoD CI enterprise. Track and monitor component efforts to address identified deficiencies to achieve policy compliance. Conduct research and prepare responses to CI-related questions from senior DoD officials and other key stakeholders. Prepare and coordinate staff actions, information papers, and official memoranda for distribution within the DoD and Intelligence Community. Develop briefing materials and presentations for senior DoD leadership. Actively participate in policy development, strategy sessions, and compliance meetings related to CI operations. Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Clearance:
Active
Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI)
clearance required. Experience: Seven (7) years
of experience with DoD CI investigations, counterespionage, counterterrorism operations, collections, functional services, and associated DoD CI policies, executive orders, and federal laws. One (1) year
of experience developing and presenting briefing materials for senior leadership on CI policy, strategy, oversight functions, or capability gaps. One (1) year
of experience providing direct staff or action officer support to senior DoD officials. One (1) year
of experience conducting research and analyzing DoD policy/guidance documents and legal decisions. Knowledge & Skills: Comprehensive understanding of DoD and Intelligence Community organizations, missions, and functions. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DoD information systems. Why Join JMark?
