17782 Cowan Street, Suite G, Irvine, CA, 92614 Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, collaborating with pharmacy staff to provide accurate communication. Efficiently pick, pack, and process pharmacy orders in accordance with established procedures. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for packaging medications, maintaining product integrity for our patients. Perform various site functions including waste disposal, assembling boxes, and maintaining a clean work area. Assist with inventory management, including storage, restocking, and handling vendor shipments. Support administrative tasks such as scanning documents and fixing shipping labels as necessary. Communicate effectively with the Pharmacy Manager regarding patient inquiries or issues. Comply with all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (or higher). Access to reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in California. National Pharmacy Technician Certification. Customer service experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English. The salary range for this position is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour, dependent upon various factors such as local labor market conditions, education, and experience.
