Herbalife is seeking a Digital Creative Content Manager who is passionate about storytelling, thinks strategically, and has a proven track record of generating engaging, strategic content and delivering outstanding results. The role involves developing and implementing digital content and campaigns to enhance brand affinity, awareness, and reputation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content strategy and analytics, engaging partners through imaginative social media assets aligned with business objectives and brand identity. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Communications & Analytics, this role requires creative planning, project management, and collaboration skills. Responsibilities
Manage development of creative content for corporate channels Lead creative direction for photo and video shoots related to nutrition, testimonials, fitness, sponsored athletes, and corporate materials Oversee production of graphics, illustrations, and visuals for digital and social media channels Ensure visual and conceptual consistency across channels in partnership with marketing teams Mentor internal teams and contribute as a hands-on creator Maintain relationships with creative teams, vendors, and freelancers Use analytics to inform strategy and improve content performance Participate in team brainstorms to keep content relevant and engaging Qualifications
5+ years in digital media planning, content creation, and analytics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DSLR cameras, and lighting Strong understanding of digital content production and platform requirements Excellent communication and project management skills Self-starter with good judgment and attention to detail Additional Information
