In collaboration with the Global Sector Technology Lead, this role is responsible for deploying technology that enables successful outcomes for Technology and Media/Telecom clients (TMT) and the TMT Sector itself. The candidate must be a strong communicator, able to understand and translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, value-driven solutions for client-facing presentations. Collaboration skills are essential to bring stakeholders together for scoping and solutioning. A deep understanding of the CBRE Technology Platform and prop tech is required to articulate its value and differentiate it in written and oral client interactions. The role involves selling the platform's value and problem-solving throughout the client engagement lifecycle, from pursuit to renewal. The candidate will need to understand relevant business systems, analyze needs, document requirements, and develop technical solutions that add value. Comfort with leading complex discussions with clients, including C-suite executives, is necessary. What you’ll do
Partner with GWS Global Sector Technology Lead to support a $3B sector across the account lifecycle. Assist Sales & Solutions teams during renewals and pursuits, emphasizing CBRE product value. Analyze client requirements, facilitate discussions, and gather needs for technology solutions. Refine responses to client RFPs to address needs and highlight CBRE’s unique selling points. Collaborate with platform teams to identify technical solutions supporting service delivery. Coordinate with Digital & Analytics Solutions Team on data-driven insights. Work with Digital & Technology Solutions Team to align budgets with client needs. Lead technology demonstrations and pricing proposals. Support resolution of technology challenges impacting clients and teams. Communicate with clients, leadership, and partners on emerging solutions and pilot opportunities. Translate customer needs to Agile teams via user stories and prioritization. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers to develop product roadmaps. Create and deliver correspondence and presentations for leadership and clients. Respond to inquiries and escalations involving technology. Act as liaison between business and technology teams. Support global calls and presentations. Perform other duties as assigned. This position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities but may provide informal guidance or lead project teams. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 6-10+ years of relevant experience, especially in client-facing sales and solutioning in Digital/IT or Computer Science. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to analyze complex documents, solve problems, and understand financial principles.
