Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense proceedings, including pre-trial, trial, and post-conviction matters

• Draft persuasive legal documents such as motions and briefs

• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on criminal issues

• Manage a dynamic caseload while maintaining deadlines and client expectations

• Collaborate with team members and participate in strategic case discussions

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of criminal defense experience

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (active and in good standing)

• Strong courtroom and litigation skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads under pressure

• Excellent legal research and writing proficiency

• Strong organizational and client communication abilities
