About The Position
Block Schedule Urology - Ongoing Need in Pennsylvania An excellent locums opportunity for a Urologist is now available in Pennsylvania. This ongoing assignment offers a consistent block schedule, providing a great work-life balance with significant time off between coverage. If you're seeking a long-term role with built-in flexibility, this could be the perfect fit. Highlights Long-term assignment potential Weekday PA/NP support staff to handle initial consults and prep cases Temporary privileges available to expedite your start date Malpractice insurance included for the duration of the assignment Practice Setting Inpatient coverage Call responsibility for 3 hospitals all within a 10-mile radius Work independently with assistance from urology-specific APPs during weekdays Schedule Consistent block scheduling: Monday 7a to Monday 7a Only one 7-day block required per month 24-hour call with a 30-minute response time Enjoy substantial time off between your scheduled blocks Procedures and Cases General bread and butter urology, consults, and emergent surgeries Procedures include Cystos Pediatric cases are minimal, primarily consisting of Testicular Torsion Requirements Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Urology Must hold an active Pennsylvania medical license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 5 years of experience Credentialing Requirements Standard credentialing process is approximately 60 days Temporary privileges can be granted for a quicker start Travel Accommodations All travel and lodging accommodations provided Includes rental car and roundtrip airfare or mileage Reach out today to learn more details about this unique Pennsylvania assignment. 1647354EXPPLAT
