Leidos' National Security Sector seeks experienced Joint Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM. These roles involve providing expert guidance in operational planning, supporting USCYBERCOM's mission, and developing cyber capabilities. This is an anticipated future contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise in Joint Operational Planning, focusing on Cyberspace Operations, following USCYBERCOM guidance. Coordinate with USCYBERCOM leadership and staff, leading daily activities to meet program requirements. Drive targeting, validation, and synchronization processes within Cyber Warfare. Oversee production of operational planning documents like OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs. Support planning groups and develop cyber capabilities into plans. Coordinate planning activities through IJSTO, including evaluation requests and SAP procedures. Develop support concepts, courses of action, and coordinate plans. Provide leadership and situational awareness across projects and operations. Review and develop cyber plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats, attack methods, and vulnerabilities. Assess cyber operational performance and develop related programs. Review operational requirements for cyber capabilities R&D and acquisition. Maintain cyber crisis plans and analyze partner capabilities. Navigate organizational structure related to full-spectrum cyber operations. Integrate intelligence with operational planning and conduct strategic planning. Interpret relevant laws, policies, and guidance. Communicate complex information effectively in various formats. Qualifications
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. BA/BS in STEM or related field; experience may substitute for degree. 12+ years as a Joint Operations Planner or leading planning processes. Experience in Cyber, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, or IT fields (12+ years Cyber, 20+ years combined). Leadership experience supporting USCYBERCOM operations. Knowledge of military planning phases and joint publications. Formal Cyber Operational Planner training. Deep understanding of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and infrastructure. Knowledge of cyber threats, network fundamentals, and communication media. Ability to produce analytical documents and briefings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Masters’ Degree in relevant fields. Familiarity with USCYBERCOM structure and mission. Experience supporting joint operations across domains. Experience with AI/ML in operations. Experience with space-enabled cyber operations. Formal cyber warfare and joint operations training. Knowledge of data science and visualization tools like Power BI. Certifications such as DoD 8570 IAT Level II. Additional Details
