Job Overview:
The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.
As the Solutions Engineer, you will:
Support calls for L2 troubleshooting
Project Kick off Meeting
Mounting / Relocation of cyber security equipment
Configuration of cyber security equipment
Migration of cyber security equipment
User Acceptance Test
Documentation
Manage customer’s expectation
Knowledge Transfer
Training
The ideal Solutions Engineer:
ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field
Good interpersonal skill
Able to multitask and work in fast-pace environment
