As the PtP Senior Manager, you'll lead the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate vendor management and timely financial processes. You'll also collaborate with the procurement team to streamline purchasing and inventory across DHL eCommerce locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounts payable team, setting goals and overseeing daily operations. Resolve discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, and ensure month-end and year-end close processes are completed accurately. Manage vendor payment runs and maintain compliance with internal controls and policies. Drive efficiency in accounts payable processes and support digitalization initiatives. Collaborate with procurement on vendor maintenance and purchasing compliance. Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s/CPA preferred. 7+ years in operational accounting and 5+ years in a supervisory role in Accounts Payable. Strong Excel and SAP skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships. Why DHL?
