Leidos’ Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Test/Analytics Manager to guide and oversee the Electronics Manufacturing Test & Analytics department. The role involves leading the Electronics Test & Analytics team comprised of Test Engineers & Technicians as well as Data Analytics & MES section. Responsibilities include overseeing test equipment utilization and ensuring sufficient capacity planning for program execution, leading teams to determine systematic solutions for new and existing problems, involvement with NPI and improving existing Electronics Test efficiencies and yields, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate product designs for DFT (design for test), leading continuous improvement projects driving test automation and standardization, leading equipment and capital investment plans for test equipment, establishing and monitoring test yield KPIs, and leading process improvement efforts regarding MES to support production and site KPIs. Basic qualifications include a BS degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Masters with 10-13 years, eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, experience in electronics manufacturing test development, and experience with LabView and/or other Electrical Test Automation. Preferred qualifications include experience with electronics used on launch vehicles, targets, or missile components, experience in mid to high volume manufacturing with a focus on test automation, familiarity with database structures and PowerBI, experience with MES systems, ability to provide ROM estimates and BOE documents, and familiarity with Environmental Stress Screening chambers and operation.
