LHH is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our innovative technology team, contributing to initiatives focused on ERP and CRM system optimization.
***Hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC 3 days onsite per week***
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to translate business needs
Configure and integrate
SAP
and
Salesforce
systems to support business processes Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials Support continuous improvement efforts and system upgrades Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software development and business application support SAP and Salesforce configuration and integration
required Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to write and execute
SQL queries Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
