Responsibilities Paradyme is seeking a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with a Secret Clearance to support mission-critical programs. The role involves working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts to develop analytics capabilities that aid federal clients in decision-making and digital transformation. Key duties include: Research, design, implement, and deploy machine learning algorithms for enterprise applications. Assist federal customers in building their own applications. Contribute to the design and implementation of new features. Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; or Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience. Active Secret Clearance. Proficiency in Python programming. Experience with applied machine learning (regression, classification, supervised and unsupervised learning). Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics). Experience with scalable ML systems (MapReduce, streaming). Ability to independently drive projects and collaborate in teams. Motivated, proactive, and eager to make an impact. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Nice To Have MS or PhD in relevant fields. Passion for team-oriented engineering solutions. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience managing multiple projects, self-motivated, results-oriented. Team player with a results-driven attitude and ability to meet deadlines. Experience working in an agile environment. Physical Requirements Sedentary work with sitting up to 8 hours/day. May lift up to 5 pounds. Good hearing, speaking, and vision for communication and task execution.
