Data Engineer
to help us transform ride and fleet software through high-impact data solutions. If you're excited by the idea of optimizing performance, experimenting with metrics, and influencing product direction with your insightsthis role is for you. What Youll Do
As a key member of the Ride and Fleet Software team, youll: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track
reliability KPIs , identify trends, and develop smart mitigation plans. Design and maintain
robust data pipelines
that power critical metrics and improve the
end-user experience . Capture and analyze data to uncover actionable signals, test hypotheses, and run
experiments
that validate your ideas. Evaluate and improve
dashboards and reporting tools
to ensure they support long-term business goals and decision-making. What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on
data engineering experience Expertise with tools like
Looker, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Databricks , or similar analytics platforms A user-first mindset with a drive to build systems that enhance real-world experiences Curiosity and a constant desire to improve, experiment, and innovate Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify the complex Bonus Points
2+ years of
data science experience Familiarity with
AWS services , including Lambda Experience in the
ride-hailing, mobility, or fleet management industry You've defined and tracked
product success metrics
in production environments Ability to thrive in
fast-paced, high-growth
environments A knack for breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable insights Benefits & Perks
