Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data analytics solutions. Conduct technical POCs on data analytics and AI/ML technologies. Collaborate with the data visualization team within the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence. Design business intelligence reports, interactive dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI. Utilize data architecture, data management, data integration, Snowflake Data Cloud, Azure, AWS, DBT, Airflow, Spark, Snowpark, and Python. Identify business trends, anomalies, and provide insights. Gather requirements, analyze, and manage stakeholder expectations. Lead Power BI implementations, oversee enterprise-wide deployments, and establish best practices for production environments. Implement dimensional modeling principles, security, DAX, Power Query transformations, and Power BI Dataflows. Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to develop data strategies, pipelines, models, and data products. Support pre-sales activities by providing expertise and solutions on proposals. Offer thought leadership on analytics platforms, business intelligence, data management, and Big Data. Conduct BI and Dashboard Orientation Trainings for users to promote tool adoption. May require travel or relocation within the USA. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics/Sciences, or related fields, along with 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as software engineer/developer, data analyst/engineer/scientist, systems/programmer engineer/analyst, or related positions.
