Overview: A forward-thinking property management group is hiring a Data Solutions Architect to join their team ASAP. This is a unique opportunity to stand out in the industry by driving a data- and technology-focused transformation. You’ll design systems that currently don’t exist – reshaping how property management engages with data.
The role centers on building a new data environment from the ground up. You’ll be a strategic partner to the executive team, presenting innovative solutions while working autonomously. This position is suited for someone who thrives on long-term impact and is passionate about data architecture, integration, and enabling smarter decision-making through technology.
Required : 8+ years’ experience in data integration and migration Proven ability to interface with and present to C-suite executives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success designing data architecture/environments from scratch – ideally Azure-based (data warehouse, data lake constructs, etc.) Experience designing, building, and implementing new data solutions; has previously operated as a Solution Engineer/Architect Deep expertise with SQL Server (including SQL stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview for data security and governance Comfortable writing SQL stored procedures and acting partially as a developer Advanced data modeling experience – strong grasp of database schemas, relational databases, and modeling tools such as SQL Database Modeler or PowerDesigner) Must have strong understanding of ETL processes and tools, including Azure Data factory, Apache, AWS Experience with Microsoft Power Automate Strong proficiency in Power BI; Tableau exposure in addition to Power BI is a plus

Exposure to property management industry, especially with tools like Yardi Exposure scripting with JSON Exposure to Snowflake or Oracle Understanding of AI models, including large language models and natural language processing
