Sierra7, Inc. is seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - Office of Finance (OF). The Office of Finance is the steward of VHA financial resources for Veterans who receive healthcare. Continuous improvement is achieved through the full cycle of healthcare budget and accounting activities within a large financial community and external partnerships. The Junior Administrative Assistant will prepare reports and other program documentation, prepare graphics presentations, plan and coordinates meetings/conferences, perform data entry, filing, and reproduction. The Junior Administrative Assistant must apply familiarity with specialized and technical terminology to proofread and edit documents.
Position Responsibilities: Maintains virtual filing systems as assigned. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for managers or supervisors. Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings. Records and distributes of minutes or other records for meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
