Truity Partners is supporting a client in West Allis, WI with their search for an Inventory Analyst. This is a direct hire (permanent) opportunity, offering a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Compensation is estimated at $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze trends and forecast inventory needs
Improve and automate ordering processes
Build reports and dashboards to track inventory KPIs
Identify and resolve inventory inefficiencies
Partner across teams to align planning and operations
Support system improvements and data visibility
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3+ years of experience in inventory, planning, or related data analysis position
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience with inventory and/or ERP systems
Comfortable building reports and working on data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong-problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
