What You'll Do: Develop creative solutions for mine planning and optimization Lead safety initiatives and best practice development Design mining features and environmental infrastructure Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency Manage technical projects using cutting-edge planning software What We're Looking For: Bachelor's in Mining Engineering or related technical field Passionate about continuous improvement Strong technical and creative problem-solving skills Familiar with mine planning software (Surpac, Deswik preferred) Adaptable with willingness to travel Competitive compensation Opportunity for professional growth Meaningful work in sustainable resource development Collaborative, innovative work environment Bonus Points: Fleet management systems knowledge Geologic modeling background Compensation range: 90-120K Depending on Experience Position Type
