Your Impactful Role as a Nurse Supervisor

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs.
• Act as the key liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Oversee nursing care and treatment during your shifts.
• Manage and evaluate staff performance while providing constructive feedback.
• Engage in patient care as necessary, focusing on their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification obtained within one year of employment.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse, with responsibilities for patient and staff outcomes.
