JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Information Systems Technician to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in IT to gain hands-on experience while supporting our organization's technology infrastructure and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others with technology issues.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Provide technical support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and some in-person assistance Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, printers, and mobile devices Assist with password resets and user account management Document support requests in ticketing system Perform basic Windows PC maintenance and software installations Provide user training on applications and IT policies JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Skills and Knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting Strong communication and customer service skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications
0-2 years IT support experience Experience with ticketing systems BENEFITS
