SafetyCall International/Pet Poison Helpline, a 15 Year Star Tribune Top Workplace winner, is searching for a knowledgeable and experienced IT leader to work as Systems Integration Analyst who provides analysis, design and implementation support for systems solutions and other technology systems required to meet the needs of the organization. The Systems Integration Analyst works closely with multiple teams within the company to analyze and identify their operational and system requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve processes through the implementation of new systems solutions or the optimization and enhancement of current systems solutions. They also provide project management support for technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance, and modification of systems solutions and related technologies. This position will report to the Director of Information Services. This position is eligible for full time, remote employment, unless the candidate is within 45 miles of the home office in Bloomington, MN in which they'd be required to work onsite every Tuesdays. The position may require occasional travel per year to meet project needs. Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer information systems. Relevant work experience may substitute for some of the degree requirements. Minimum of five years of experience in program analysis and design. Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with BI (business intelligence), data analysis and data visualization tools. Experience with database platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database. Experience with various program languages (Python, C#, Java Script, etc.), preferred, but not required. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience building and supporting APIs. Experience with enterprise level hosted phones systems (Genesys, Five9, etc.), preferred but not required. Proven ability to successfully manage IT related projects by holding vendors accountable and ensuring the process is organized, timely and within budget. Strong verbal and written communication that is clear, concise, accurate and professional on a regular basis, including during stressful or high-pressure situations and interactions. Ability to understand and translate business data and technical information to non-technical audience, including executive-level reports and presentations. Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage a varied workload. Proven experience creating, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and utilizing user documentation systems and databases. Proven experience in overseeing the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of systems solutions. Ability to analytically trouble shoot, diagnose and problem solve by asking thoughtful questions to quickly understand and translate business needs. Can quickly adapt to changes in workflow, policies, and procedures. This position requires initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to work with little direction in a high-pressured environment in order to meet deadlines. Ability to complete responsibilities outside normal work hours as needed.
