Corpus Christi, Dallas, Houston, Santa Fe, Albuquerque About the Opportunity A nationally recognized litigation firm is expanding strategically and seeking experienced Litigation Associates to join its high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to take ownership of their cases from day one. Key Responsibilities Handle matters from intake through resolution, including trial prep Collaborate with a lean, elite team of trial attorneys Work across practice areas including: Product Liability Construction Insurance Defense Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus) Comfortable working independently with minimal partner oversight Strong communication skills and proactive mindset Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state Flexible hours: Compensation Base salary: $140,000 for 2–3-year associates Up to $190,000 for senior associates 160 billable hours/month requirement 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days Discretionary profit sharing HSA with $1,200 annual firm contribution PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure Rollover and sick bank options available Ready to take the next step in your career?
