About this Position:
Job Title: Childcare Policy Implementation Consultant
Scope of Work:
Assist with requirements gathering for client. Provide insights on client's IT systems that enhance service delivery to children, families, and childcare programs utilizing the scholarship program. Implement Quality Assurance measures to monitor all programs authorizing scholarship services on behalf of client, with the goal of increasing authorization accuracy. Interpret SLA claim amounts upon request by client. Provide technical guidance to client. Assist in the development of quality assurance goals, objectives, and controls to help achieve a quarterly error rate of 4% or less.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the implementation of childcare regulations, policies, and processes at the State or Federal level. At least 2 professional references that support the experience outlined in the Scope of Work.
