Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team! This position is located in New York, Pennsylvania.
Duties:
Handle between 4 to 15 tickets per day Assist C-level executives in meetings, conference rooms, audio/visual, etc. Support both Mac and Windows users Desired Skills/Experience:
Associates degree required 2+ years of experience in the retail industry Solid understanding of IT fundamentals Independently set up new machines, troubleshoot user issues Experience supporting both Mac and PC environments Basic knowledge of design apps like Adobe- being able to troubleshoot, not just a user Benefits:

$30.00
and
$44.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
