Position Summary: As a Customer Brand & Event Operations Coordinator you will play a critical role in helping manage day-to-day tasks that ensure activation events, product development projects, and customer brand artwork are executed efficiently by managing event activations including signage, branding, vendor management, run of show, credentials, and other aspects, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and key customers. Customer Brand Product Development Projects include launching new and renovated customer brand products, package conversions, and cost savings. Key Responsibilities: Event Activation: Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth logistics, vendor relationships, shipping, registration, and promotional materials. Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after trade shows and events. Collaborate with the sales team to set event goals, target audiences, and follow-up plans. Capture and organize leads generated at events, ensuring timely handoff to sales for follow-up. Work with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and promotional alignment across events. Partner with Product or Technical teams (if applicable) for product demonstrations or displays. Track event metrics such as leads, ROI, engagement levels, and provide post-event reports and recommendations. Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and manage the event budget. Creative Workflow: Initiate customer brand artwork in partnership with Account Managers Follow established project governance processes for managing the customer brand portfolio of projects by having a deep understanding of the artwork development process. Manage customer brand artwork revisions, label changes and product renovation in collaboration with product development and creative agencies. Product Development Coordination: Use project management tools to track and effectively communicate project status updates. Track project status and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to promote the commercialization process within Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement. Ensure adherence to the timely delivery of customer brand artwork and new product introduction timelines. Communicate scope changes, resource analysis, cost and timing impacts by effectively flagging delays and risks to Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial Leadership. Coordinate scheduling transfers to new materials by plant location prior to product launch. Requirements: 24 years experience in event marketing, experiential, or B2B marketing roles Familiarity with artwork routing processes and packaging compliance requirements. Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing volume estimates and inventory planning. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple deadlines. Skills: Artwork Management Project Management Cross-Functional Coordination Supply Chain / Inventory Management Analytical Skills Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office suite Experience with other project management/team collaboration tools is a plus. Knowledge of stage-gate product development process. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in consumer products goods (CPG) industry; fresh food or similar manufacturing industry a plus. Seniority level
