Developmental Disabilities Nurse - LPN Or RN
Monroe, OH LPN: $28-$29/hr RN: $35-$36/hr At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities may include: Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care such as Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support. 2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload. Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN. Maintaining a safe patient environment. Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients. Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician. Requirements for this position include: Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. LPN or RN license. Nursing experience preferably within Home Health or Disability Services specialty. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
