– overseeing and management of the monthly and quarterly collection and cash flow forecasting. Collection Platform Management , including management and oversight of the interface and account management between Sidetrade, Salesforce, and NERP. S-MMA Management , including management and oversight of the interface, accounting, and credit card transactions within and between AdYen, Samsung Ad Manager, and our BofA lockbox. Accounts Receivable: Distribute invoices and update payment status accurately and promptly Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Cash Applications: Apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts accurately Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate billing and collections. Forecasting: Analyze historical data and trends to prepare cash flow forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding cash flow and credit limits Assist in developing financial models to support forecasting efforts. Reporting - Provide monthly and weekly reports, inclusive of AR Analysis reports. Cash Application and payment trend analysis. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly collection and revenue recognition analysis. Assist in the communication and meeting with HQ/VD Finance, inclusive of summarized memorandum, detail analysis and updates of AR accounts and variances. Background/Experience Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field with
5+
years of experience. MBA/CPA a plus Prior experience in accounting reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, FP&A and/or audits preferred. Previous experience in the advertising industry, content & service provider, digital ads business a plus. Prior experience in Collections, Accounts Receivables, and Cash Applications. Experience planning and managing strategic and operational projects is desired. Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot tables/Macros), PowerPoint, and SAP. Knowledgeable, from an IT perspective as well, in SAP, Salesforce, collection and cash application platforms, and Order Management systems. Skills and Qualifications Necessary Skills and Attributes Ability to identify and interpret trends in data and communicate findings. Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on details. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation. Strong skillset in forward thinking analysis and drawing data-supported conclusions and building action plans to remedy negative impacts and growth opportunities. Strong financial and business acumen. Ability to independently or as a team member achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. The ability to perform tasks and work assignments autonomously, based upon company policies where work results are sometimes monitored. Some analysis is required to make decisions and to determine appropriate courses of action where situations differ and require creativity to search for solutions from among learned experiences. The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within established time frames. Bilingual required - English and Korean (fluent) Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York City, NY, is expected to be between $130,000 ~ $145,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
