This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, with oversight of all HR functions including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience—preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industrial sectors—and a proven ability to lead through change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on organizational planning, talent management, and business alignment Lead company-wide HR initiatives that support employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness Develop and implement policies and programs that ensure legal compliance and support a positive workplace culture Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to support continued growth Champion a performance-driven culture by enhancing performance review systems, goal setting, and accountability measures Direct benefits administration, compensation strategy, and wellness programs in coordination with finance Manage employee relations with fairness and consistency, ensuring alignment with company values and applicable laws Guide change management efforts and lead communication strategies that support organizational transitions Maintain HR systems and reporting infrastructure that enables data-driven decision making and operational efficiency Oversee union relations, including contract administration, grievance resolution, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor regulations Seniority level
