Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely by using straps and pads to avoid damage during transit.* Investigates delivery location to ensure the product will be in a safe environment and the product is delivered to the proper person.* Explains the rental agreement to the customer in some cases.* Explains and demonstrates the various features and benefits of the product before leaving the home.* Retrieves products from the homes of customers who choose not to renew the rental agreement.* Repairs, cleans, and moves products from the stockroom to the sales floor for display.* Documents and receives customers payment successfully in the field and store.* Protects the company image by safely and courteously operating the company vehicles.* Performs preventative and routine maintenance on delivery vehicles.* Helps maintain the backroom in a safe, clean, and organized condition.* Uses equipment to transport product in a safe and damage free manner.* Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan, rental agreement, and other benefit plans.* Responsible for products being complete in all pieces, parts, accessories, and manuals during delivery and pickup.* Performs other related duties as assigned.
