Job Description Join our Direct-to-Consumer portfolio, supporting brands like Peacock, NOW, Fandango, SkyShowtime, Showmax, and TV Everywhere, across more than 70 countries. We focus on innovation, growth, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. We seek a Senior Director of Product, Content Experience, to lead an international team (4-5 members) developing a cutting-edge viewing experience from start to finish, including live sports, real-time data, and Gen AI integrations. This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and execution for the Content Experience roadmap, impacting our global streaming services. You will collaborate with stakeholders across editorial, production, marketing, engineering, and device teams to shape the future of streaming entertainment. Responsibilities
Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for new video player experiences across platforms Manage the user journey from playback to next content discovery Lead, mentor, and motivate an international product team Coordinate across multiple time zones to align stakeholders and advance the Content Experience vision Partner with personalization teams to create tailored user experiences Collaborate with product, design, data, and strategy teams to inform product decisions Influence multi-year roadmaps and agile priorities with project management and tech teams Understand business, competitive landscape, and best practices to optimize video experiences Create and present executive-level product strategies and roadmaps Foster a product-centric culture at Peacock and develop future product leaders Qualifications
Experience in Live TV/Streaming features and video player development Proficiency across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Amazon, Roku, Apple) and domains (TV, Movies, Sports, News, Kids) Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Analytical mindset with hypothesis-driven problem solving Excellent communication and collaboration abilities A passion for innovative consumer products and user-centric design Ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt accordingly Technical fluency to effectively challenge and collaborate with developers Proven success in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in a relevant field 8+ years in product management roles 2+ years in people management Experience with Live TV/Video Streaming applications Experience with Agile methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics tools This position offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks. The salary range is $195,000 - $235,000, with bonus and incentives. External candidates may be asked to attend in-person interviews.
