Salary: $90,000-$130,000 per year

Job Summary

As a Master Data Management Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity within the organization's NetSuite ERP system .

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all master data including items, customers, suppliers, and more
- Manage upstream data creation and maintenance within NetSuite
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and IT) to define and enforce data standards
- Coordinate data collection and validation processes across departments
- Establish governance practices including naming conventions, version control, and change workflows
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for data quality issues
- Support new product launches, pricing updates, and system structural changes
- Ensure data readiness for integrations, planning systems, and reporting platforms
- Lead and support data governance initiatives and working sessions
- Perform extensive computer-based tasks and periodic travel to Calexico and Mexicali worksites
- 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, ERP governance, or similar roles within Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance
- Hands-on ERP data experience-NetSuite strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of master data lifecycle, data standards, and governance frameworks
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional alignment
- Familiarity with data quality tools, audit processes, and governance workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Background in analytics, systems improvement, and data manipulation preferred
- Experience with Java and SQL is a plus
