Ansell is looking for an Analyst, Master Data Management to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 U.S. Dollars per year
* Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
In this position you will play a vital role in driving data accuracy and governance across regional and global product information. In this role, you'll own the development of master data templates, enforce governance standards, and ensure clean, consistent, and high-quality data flows throughout the organization. With a strong focus on detail and business alignment, you'll help maintain a transparent data environment, support mass and individual data maintenance efforts, and report on key quality metrics. Lead and maintain master data quality across Global Product, Regional Customer, and Vendor/Supplier domains. Oversee day-to-day master data operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with global standards. Prioritize and manage multiple data activities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues, often at a global level, with a proactive, root-cause approach. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Finance, and Accounts teams to align data governance strategies. Develop and manage MDM standards, templates, tools, training documentation, and team onboarding. Ensure consistency and integrity of master data across systems and documentation. Perform ongoing master data maintenance, including additions, corrections, and data clean-up. Continuously improve MDM systems, processes, and standards to enhance data quality and usability. Implement controls, metrics, and compliance protocols to prevent data issues and ensure accuracy. Partner globally with GBU data stewards to standardize product attributes and categorization. Actively participate in hands-on data cleansing and resolution efforts using analytical and technical skills. Represent regional needs within global MDM initiatives and collaborate with global teams. Support ERP migrations, acquisitions, and portfolio integrations with clean, structured data. Manage MDM workflows, tool maintenance, and liaise with IT for technical support. Define and oversee change management processes for master data, including approvals, tracking, and impact analysis. Contribute to special MDM-related projects and assignments as needed. Minimum 2 years of experience in working with business defining data quality standards and business process improvements to improve data quality 2 years of hands on MDM experience preferred 3 years of strong hands on experience with Oracle EBS / SAP applications preferred. 2 years of hands on experience managing and owning data stewardship and data quality preferred Experience on any MDM tool such as Informatica, Oracle PDH, etc. is desirable Experience in D365 is nice to have. Experience with Data Governance highly preferred. Project management experience preferred
