Job Description A global leader in manufacturing industry is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for their team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work on both web and mobile applications that connect IoT devices to monitor temperature and chemical balances. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a hybrid work model (3 days per week) at their Newport, RI office. The company is rapidly growing, expanding from IoT-connected devices to cloud-based platforms. Your work will directly impact millions of homeowners. You will oversee 4 other engineers and develop highly scalable mobile and web applications, making key architectural decisions in collaboration with the company's Director of Software. Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and SQL Experience with Node.js and React Native Exposure to C#/ .NET Experience with AWS Desired Skills & Experience Experience designing and implementing microservice architectures in cloud environments 6+ years of development experience Degree in a relevant field Daily Responsibilities 100% Hands-on development The Offer Bonus or commission eligibility Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan (including match, if applicable) Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
