Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging activities and programs tailored to senior adults Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and event announcements Plan and host special events for residents, families, and the community Coordinate decorations and themes for monthly/seasonal celebrations Schedule entertainment, speakers, food, and supplies for events Establish community clubs and volunteer opportunities Track and manage expenses within the assigned budget •Qualifications: Experience in assisted living or long-term care is required College degree in gerontology, recreation, or a related field preferred Strong background in event planning, music, art, drama, or recreational therapy Energetic, outgoing, and creative with a passion for senior enrichment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Organized and efficient with strong time management skills Customer-service oriented and personable Computer savvy and proficient in internet use Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Make a Difference Every Day
