Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years experience in tech/B2B sales, including enterprise companies.
- Deep knowledge of loyalty industry trends, solutions, and best practices (highly desired).
- Strong market understanding of North America, including competitive landscape and customer insights.
- Proven ability to align sales and marketing strategies for impact.
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Management
- Manage the full sales cycle for Comarch’s Loyalty products, from prospecting to closing.
- Lead inbound and outbound lead generation, utilizing CRM tools.
- Identify target segments and optimize engagement strategies to increase conversions.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Balance inbound lead management with outbound lead generation and nurturing.
- Coordinate efforts with marketing, product, legal, and customer service teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Negotiate contracts that meet customer needs and company objectives.
Sales Optimization & Growth
- Conduct discovery to understand client pain points and goals.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demos to showcase Comarch’s competitive advantages.
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies.
- Represent Comarch at industry events to expand network and stay ahead of trends.
- Serve as an account manager when needed to ensure long-term client success.
