Director of Preconstruction

Provide leadership, guidance, training, tools, controls, and monitoring for preconstruction, estimating, and project management staff to ensure successful pursuit, preconstruction, estimating, and procurement across all regions. Enhance the quality of preconstruction services by providing templates, tools, and processes to accurately scope, schedule, and budget during project preconstruction phases. Promote Design-Build and IPD project delivery methods both internally and externally. Encourage competitive pricing and procurement strategies. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Management. Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience, including 5 years in a preconstruction role, preferably with mission-critical or industrial projects. Preferred Qualifications:
Comfortable delivering formal sales presentations. Advanced knowledge of preconstruction means and methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and material pricing and design management. Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on win-win solutions. Strong leadership qualities to guide multiple project teams. Team player with high integrity and professionalism. Eligibility:

The salary range is $160,500 - $240,800. The actual salary may vary based on location, experience, and skills. Additional compensation such as commissions and incentives may apply. Benefits:
