What You Will Be Doing
Architect and implement world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators Design and iterate on comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that accelerates Guide performance and student achievement Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating traditional lesson plans – our technology handles the content, you focus on developing exceptional facilitators Compromising on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards and expect 100% mastery Running conventional training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, innovative, and results-driven
Leadership Coach Key Responsibilities
Train, empower, and develop a world-class team of Guides who consistently deliver exceptional educational outcomes through the Alpha system, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any field) 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) Strong data analysis skills with metrics-driven decision making Must work on-site in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
