$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr Elite Education Demands Elite Advocacy. Are You Ready to Build the Waitlist?
This isn't about selling a school—it's about igniting a movement. Alpha doesn't iterate on traditional education; we've replaced it entirely. Our students achieve top 1% national performance through AI-powered academics in just two hours daily, with afternoons dedicated to leadership, public speaking, and real-world mastery. Your mission: transform this revolutionary model into a community-wide movement with a 150+ student waitlist.
As Director of Parent Advocacy, you'll operate with strategic precision and unwavering conviction. You'll guide sophisticated families through high-trust conversations, host compelling information sessions that convert, forge strategic community partnerships, and activate current parents as public champions. This visible, on-site role demands someone who can articulate a bold vision without compromise—someone who knows how to win trust while maintaining the integrity of our mission.
If you believe traditional education holds students back and possess the poise to defend that position in any room, we're looking for you. This is your opportunity to drive enrollment through authentic advocacy in one of our launch cities, creating demand not through sales tactics, but through genuine belief in what's possible.
What You Will Be Doing
Orchestrate high-trust conversations and information sessions that transform skeptical prospects into enrolled families and eventual advocates Design and execute strategic regional events that generate qualified leads while elevating Alpha's profile in the community Cultivate relationships with influential local organizations and thought leaders to create powerful referral networks Develop and deploy parent advocacy programs that equip current families to defend and promote the 2 Hour Learning model Translate parent sentiment and engagement metrics into actionable intelligence for leadership team decision-making
What You Won’t Be Doing
Employing traditional sales tactics or treating education as a commodity to be sold Compromising Alpha's academic standards to accommodate influential parents Investing time in community events without clear enrollment strategy and measurable outcomes Functioning as a complaint department without converting concerns into advocacy opportunities Managing enrollment from behind a desk instead of actively engaging in community visibility
Director Of Parent Advocacy Key Responsibilities
Build a 150+ student enrollment waitlist at a single campus by transforming families into passionate advocates through strategic community engagement, compelling storytelling, and mission-driven conversion that advances Alpha's educational revolution.
Basic Requirements
Based in one of our launch cities with availability for local travel: Scottsdale, AZ; Lake Forest, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara, CA; Orlando, West Palm Beach, or Tampa, FL; Charlotte or Raleigh, NC; New York City (Manhattan), NY; Fort Worth, Houston, or Plano, TX; Washington, D.C. (Chantilly) Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship 5+ years of demonstrated success engaging families in education, outreach, or enrollment contexts Proven track record guiding sophisticated stakeholders through complex, high-stakes decisions Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts under pressure Uncompromising belief in Alpha's accelerated learning model and high-expectation approach
