$130,000-$150,000 + 10-15% bonus

This is a newly created position due to rapid growth—your chance to build and shape the FP&A function. You'll report directly to the CFO and work cross-functionally with corporate and divisional leadership. Key Responsibilities Of The Manager Of FP&A
Lead the annual budgeting process for all business units and manage consolidated reporting. Provide operational variance analysis and executive-level insights during monthly/quarterly close. Develop forecasting models and financial dashboards to track key KPIs. Maintain and improve a 3-statement financial model for M&A and scenario planning. Prepare bank reporting, leverage calculations, MD&A commentary, and board/investor materials. Support strategic initiatives with detailed ad hoc analysis. Manage and mentor the FP&A analyst, setting clear objectives and expectations.
Qualifications For The Manager Of FP&A
5+ years of experience in audit, investment firms, or financial planning roles. Proven experience with complex financial modeling and performance analytics. CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. Strong business acumen and communication skills, with ability to work across all levels of the organization. Experience in digital or media industries is a plus.
