Director of Inside Sales
to drive our freight brokerage to new heights. Lead a team while leveraging cutting-edge technology and the Bennett Family of Companies brokerage entity as well as the asset-based divisions to grow revenue and market share.
Overview: Drive Growth : Lead strategic initiatives to hit revenue and margin goals. Build a Winning Team : Oversee hiring and training of sales representatives and operations team members. Boost Sales : Implement Sandler Sales Training to ensure 25 sales reps meet revenue targets. Optimize Operations : Use Bennett's TMS and Digital Marketplace to streamline operations and maintain a lean cost structure. Manage Finances : Oversee budgets to maximize profitability. Ensure Excellence : Deliver customer satisfaction through top-tier service and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or related management roles, with proven success in scaling revenue and leading teams. Education : College degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Skills :
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. Knowledge of freight operations (dedicated/transactional). Familiarity with TMS platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot). Strong financial skills to drive profitability.
