The Director of Nursing (DON) directs and coordinates all nursing aspects, including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. Ensures compliance with policies and timely reporting. Supports quality improvement activities and develops marketing strategies to network with referral sources. Qualifications
Current RN licensure in California CPR and first aid certified Meets all regulatory standards as a DNS Desire to work with residents with cognitive and behavioral challenges Benefits
