What You’ll Do As the Director of Sales and Customer Service, you will plan and manage all sales activities and customer experiences related to the sale of industrial and medical gas delivery devices and related consumables. Your goal will be to increase sales while maximizing competitiveness and profitability. You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business planning and manage, train, and develop a team of industry-leading sales and customer service associates. What You'll Need Experience in industrial and medical gas sales, distribution, and related equipment and consumables. Progressive experience in wholesale/distribution sales as well as OEM direct. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of outside sales and 5 years of sales management experience in a technical B2B environment. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and product planning. Skilled negotiator of long-term supply agreements with complex customer requirements. Highly organized with strong strategic thinking and project management abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-starter with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority. Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with D365 and legacy ERP systems. The responsibility to hold the team accountable for sales and profitability goals and initiate corrective actions if necessary. The opportunity to develop short and long-term sales plans, review and manage through supply agreements. The responsibility to prepare the annual budget. A competitive salary starting at $155,000 plus bonus, along with additional benefits.
