This leadership role is crucial to overseeing our security engineering, SecOps, AppSec, and security architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, with a proven history of managing top-tier teams in a global context. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding the security and integrity of our systems and data. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, standards, and procedures. Leading incident response efforts and handling risk management. Conducting security awareness training for employees. Your background should include extensive experience in security engineering, particularly in areas such as DevSecOps, secure CI/CD pipeline architecture, SAST/DAST, IAM, and blue team SecOps tooling. Familiarity with security code reviews, OWASP Top 10, and ISO standards is essential. This position requires a balanced approach with about 15% dedicated to hands-on technical tasks and 85% primarily focused on management responsibilities. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong enterprise background are key attributes we seek in the ideal candidate. Furthermore, fluency in Mandarin is required.
