THE ROLE
As a
Senior Structural Engineer , you'll play a key role in leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with a team of top-tier professionals. You'll have the opportunity to mentor and guide engineers, oversee construction documents, and contribute to the design of innovative and sustainable structures. What You'll Do: Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural systems for a variety of residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop creative solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and EITs, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Oversee the preparation of construction documents and actively participate in project administration. What You Bring:
Licensed PE or SE with a minimum of 12 years of experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for innovation and a client-focused approach. What's in it for You
