Architecture & Design:
Lead the design and implementation of innovative identity solutions, including hybrid identity with on-premise Active Directory. Ensure secure authentication and authorization processes, and implement policies for Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection. Integration & Implementation:
Integrate third-party and internal applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage directory synchronization and password hash synchronization. Play a key role in CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) implementations. Governance & Security:
Manage privileged access accounts and enforce Identity Governance policies, including access reviews and lifecycle workflows. Migration & Modernization:
Spearhead migration projects from legacy IAM systems and support application modernization efforts. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members. What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree is required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree. At least 6 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on expertise in IAM technologies and frameworks. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and best practices for IAM. Experience with DevOps tools (such as Terraform) and scripting languages (like PowerShell, Bash, etc.). Familiarity with Identity Governance tools (e.g., SailPoint).
